If you discover a fire:

●KEEP CALM and RAISE THE ALARM, shout “FIRE FIRE FIRE” and alert a member of security or management if you are able to.

●If you have been trained to do so, attempt to fight the fire using the fire fighting equipment - do not put your own life at risk.

●Fire Extinguishers and evacuation plans are located around the villa and Tech base.

●When informed to evacuate, you must all gather at your nearest assembly point. Details of these will be available at various points around site and you should take the time to familiarise yourself with them.

●Once there, make sure you check in with your HODs. HODs inform Production Management if anyone is missing.

●In an Emergency, keep mobile phone use to a minimum and follow directions from security and Production Management.

 

Remember:

●ALWAYS use the nearest available exit.

●DO NOT use fire fighting equipment unless trained in the use of the equipment.

●DO NOT stop to collect personal belongings – Do not allow others to do the same.

●DO NOT return to the site until instructed to do so by a member of the Production Management Team.
