•Ensure you remain hydrated, rested and have the required meal breaks and let someone know if you are finding it difficult to balance the needs of the production with your own needs;
•Please be aware of any changes in yourself or those you work with (withdrawn, anxious or upset) and reach out for help;
•You must comply with obligations not to unlawfully discriminate, harass (in any forms) and bully others;
•Treat staff and others with respect and courtesy - everyone has a right to feel safe and comfortable in the workplace;
•ITV has a zero-tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol in the workplace and any type of harassment, bullying and abuse.

•All injuries and near misses must be logged via the 'Incident Form'. Your Line Manager and HR representative must be advised as soon as possible after the event as the incident may need to be reported to our Insurers and/or Workers Compensation provider.
