

If there is an emergency that threatens the site, you will be notified by a radio broadcast.
1. Stop all activities.
2. Move quickly and safely to the Emergency Assembly Point.
3. Report to your Head of Department upon your arrival there.
4. Try not to use your radio unless you need to.
5. Stay at the Assembly Point until you are advised to move somewhere else or that it is safe to return to work.
You will be notified of Emergency Assembly Areas at each site by the Safety Officer or your HOD.
In the event of a Weather Emergency:
●All warnings and closures will be announced on all Radio Channels by the Safety Security Lead or Production.
●The Safety Security Lead or Production will decide if certain activities will be suspended; they will remain suspended until the Safety Security Lead or Production has deemed it safe.
●Seek refuge in enclosed structures that are deemed safe from the environment or emergency.
●Dependent on the severity of the weather and the longer term forecast, Safety Security Lead and Production will discuss the viability of evacuation with senior execs.
