ITV are committed to a working environment that is free from verbal, physical, sexual and online harassment and abuse. Any behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment or unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance and health will not be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary action. Disciplinary action may include termination of your engagement with ITV, effective immediately.

 

If you witness any behaviour that contradicts this expectation and fail to report it, you may also be at risk of disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your employment. We take this very seriously and any forms of harassment, discrimination and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Examples of behaviour that will not be tolerated:

●Threatening behaviour, intimidation, bullying, harassment, violence or unwelcome physical contact;

●Sexual or racial harassment;

●Mimicking behaviours, habits or accents;

●Displaying offensive or sexually explicit material;

●Sexual or sexist jokes, innuendo or propositioning;

●Verbal abuse, offensive comments, jokes or gestures;

●Discrimination based on sexual preference, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, age, or disability and impairment;

●Abuse of position such as to cause distress to others.
