All Work Health and Safety or 'near miss' incidents must be reported. Please complete the 'Incident Form' ensuring that all sections are completed as clearly and with as much detail as possible. This should be completed for any crew, employees, cast, participants, contractors and other suppliers that perform services at our locations/offices.

 

Your Line Manager and HR representative must be advised with 48 hours after the event as the incident may need to be reported to our Insurers and/or Workers Compensation provider. Instances where this would happen:

●The injury requires outside medical attention (medical expenses - GP, hospital treatment);

●The injury has caused the employee to miss time at work (lost wages);

●The injury requires ongoing medical care (medical expenses - physio, dressing changes, etc).

 

A workers compensation claim must be lodged within 48 hours of the event so it is important to notify the relevant personnel as soon as possible. Please ensure any time off work or medical expenses are clearly documented and communicated when logging the form.
